The important of tools and beads is so crucial to the service you provide. I’ve learnt this the hard way. When I first qualified in hair extensions 7 years ago I had no idea just how important a good pair of pliers where, I had clients returning with hair extensions that had fallen out to often, when they had a refit the beads would crumble on themselves and it was eating into my time. There was also nothing more heartbreaking that seeing clients return with worn beads that had no colour left and you questioned how long they had been walking around like that for loved ones to see, that’s my work!! 😳
