Delicate Beauty Policy / T&Cs💫 Please read 🙏

This is a gentle reminder that when you book an appointment a 50% deposit is required to be paid. Once this 50% deposit has been paid and confirmed by Delicate Beauty, your appointment will then be confirmed. This 50% deposit is non - refundable.

If you cancel under 24hrs or on the day of your appointment, you will be charged for the full (100%) treatment price that you are booked in for.

Unfortunately within this industry, there are many appointments where they are No Shows! If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full (100%) treatment price. If you do No Show and do not pay the 100% treatment price and want to rebook, this payment will need to be made first. Once paid , we will rebook you.

We , at Delicate Beauty , understand and appreciate things can come up that are out of your control however we these policies / T&Cs are in place to protect ourselves due to this being some beauticians only form of income and also to protect the business.

At Delicate Beauty we are very reasonable and there are certain situations where we can be lenient to so if you do need to reschedule, please do just drop us a message and we will be happy to help out where we can.

Lightening is awful (👀) but let’s appreciate these are my clients nails after 3.5 weeks 😻
