Eeeekkk it’s finally time to celebrate!

Yours truly is officially qualified in Sound Healing. It’s definitely been a game of patience, finishing about 2 months behind a schedule I tried to pressurise on myself. But hey ho, better late than never!

Thank you so much for everyone’s patience and support, there have been many a question and now I can finally answer them!

I’ll do another post but I’ll also say here:

There will be 1-1 work available for Sound Healing.
There will be regular group Sound Baths at the studio.
And the option to have smaller 1-2/1-3 group sessions.

There will also be larger group Sound Baths at different venues, but less frequently.

All will be up on the website in the next couple weeks.

And thank you to .life for having the best Sound Healing course, I was so happy with the whole experience & highly recommend if you’re looking to start your own journey!

Retreat day March 22nd!

Held at The Guildroom, Hadleigh Town Hall. 1000 - 1400.
£50.

We will embracing the art of letting go as we move through the Spring Equinox & awake from Winter’s slumber.
We will be starting with grounding yoga & breath work, moving onto guided journaling. Followed by partnered Indian Head Massage, where you’ll learn a routine.

Tea & snacks provided.

An amazing day doing a brand shoot for the new website! So excited to get updated shots out there.

It’s always such a wonderful experience being surrounded by strong, beautiful women and friends. Getting creative and getting good s**t done!

Just a little update in regard to the website. Over the next couple days it will be down as I am making the switch from Squarespace to Wix.

The cheesy year reflection will be coming soon, fear not. But right now I’m going to have a phat cuppa and relish in the winter solstice.
