Something I've been thinking about lately is how we often spend so much time looking forward, that we rarely stop to acknowledge how far we've actually come π
We get so focused on what's next, what needs 'fixing', what we haven't done yet. But sometimes, one of the most powerful things we can do is pause and reflect with kindness π
Because realistically, so many of us are doing things now that we once dreamed of and worked hard for, yet we don't even realise we've been doing them! π
For me, I think my younger self would be proud of the healthy boundaries I've set, the way I show up even when times get hard and my commitment to being the most fulfilled version of myself π«Άπ»
If you feel comfortable sharing, I'd love to know - what's one thing you do now that your younger self would be proud of you for? Let's celebrate each other in the comments β¨
To be honest, I can't say I argue with its vision.. I'm just the messenger π₯Ήπ€£

Something I've come to believe more as I've got older is that timing really is everything β¨
We've all had moments in our lives when we've chased something we wanted so desperately, and then it just didn't happen. When that happens, it's demoralising, and it's easy to get caught up thinking about what 'went wrong' π
But looking back? I've realised so clearly now, that when I've faced those situations, I simply wasn't the version of myself yet that was ready for it (or best aligned with it). I just needed more time, more growth, and trust that things would unfold the way they were supposed to π€
And when I finally realised that, things started to fall into place in ways I couldn't have planned if I tried π
So if you're in a waiting season right now, this is your sign to keep going. You might just be in the middle of becoming πΏ
If this resonates with you, I'd love to know π«

We often think that feeling calmer and more in control requires a big lifestyle overhaul.. but honestly, it rarely does π
It's usually the small, consistent habits that make the biggest difference. The ones that make you pause and remind your body that it's safe to slow down π
If you've found things a bit full-on or overwhelming lately, this is your reminder to come back to the basics. Write things down, get outside, take regular breaks and give yourself permission to rest π
Because the small shifts, repeated often, really do add up β¨
Which of these feels most useful to you right now? Save this as a reminder for the days when things feel a bit too much π»
If you know, you know π₯²
The 'nearly ready' stage is a whole process and some people just don't understand that π€£π

Recently, I've been thinking about a simple question.. am I living well, or am I just trying to keep up? π
And to be completely honest, I realised that when life gets busy, I end up getting so focused on my to-do list that I don't make enough space for the things that make life actually feel good π«Άπ»
So over recent weeks, I've been making a few gradual shifts. Things like getting outside more, having fun & being creative, spending time with those who uplift me, and treating my body with kindness rather than pressure π
Nothing dramatic that gives me more to stress over, just intentional small choices that are slowly making a big difference π
What has living well looked like for you lately? I'd love to know πΏ

There are things I know now that I wish someone had told me earlier. Not dramatic life lessons, but just honest truths that have made such a difference to how I live and feel today πΏ
Things like giving yourself permission to rest before burnout, knowing that the right people won't leave just because you start having needs, and understanding that your worth was never tied to how much you did for others..
And while I wish I'd known these things sooner, I also think there's something really special about the journey it takes to get there. It all shapes you into who you're uniquely becoming π
I've shared this post for anyone who needs a reminder today - that you're allowed to be human, to take up space, and that investing in yourself is one of the best things you can do π
Which slide resonated with you the most? I'd love to know β¨

Something I've been reflecting on lately is how much time and energy many of us have spent apologising for things that didn't need an apology at all π
Needing rest. Saying no when I've had too much on my plate. Taking up space. Being too much (or not enough). Wanting more for myself..
It took me a while to see it, but somewhere along the way I realised that over-apologising and justifying everything was essentially minimising my needs π
And the truth is, our needs aren't inconveniences. They're not weaknesses, they're not selfish, and they're certainly not something to be sorry for. They're just human π
I'm still unlearning it, but every time I catch myself about to apologise for something that doesn't deserve one, I pause - and that pause is getting longer each time π
So if you feel comfortable sharing - what's one thing you wish you stopped apologising for sooner? Let's support each other in the comments π
Honestly, if getting through a Monday spent drowning in my inbox doesn't count as a major achievement, then I don't know what does π

One thing I've realised as I've gotten older is that peace becomes incredibly valuable π€
Not the kind that comes from escaping life completely, but the kind you create within your everyday life β¨
The little routines that help you feel steady.
The people who feel safe and uplifting to be around.
The moments where you stop rushing and actually take in where you are for a second.
I used to think that growth and success had to look dramatic. Now, it's clear that so much of it happens quietly π₯°
In the way you speak to yourself.
In the boundaries you finally keep.
In choosing what genuinely feels good for you - instead of what simply looks good from the outside π«Άπ»
I'm so thankful for the life I'm continuing to build, one step at a time πΏ
