I'M BACK... You can now call / whatsapp to book an appointment for Tuesday the 17th February onwards.... I have a few appointments left this week as returning to work had no fixed date... please bear in mind I won't be working the hours I was for a few weeks as my rehabilitation classes are going to be taking some time up... they said " rest & don't get stressed"... I was stressing sitting around doom scrolling & watching awful tv so here i am relaxed & ready to serve you.

What a journey this has been over 34 years running businesses & training some extremely talented individuals who have gone on to run their own successful enterprises. That has been the most fulfilling part for me. This industry most certainly has not made me wealthy, but it has & continues to give me a creative outlet... I am still as enthusiastic today as I was when I started training in the craft in 1989.

With Valentines looming Saturday the wife gave me an 'incentive' present to get myself fit... great new barbers chair to make my life a wee bit easier. Who said "Romance is Dead?!. ❤️😃

Thank you for all your wishes & encouragement. The operation was unexpectedly complicated & they had to enter my main arteries in both wrists taking longer than was anticipated. I now have 3 x 8mm wide by 12mm long metal stents pumping the blood 'normally' through my heart Now lots of bed rest to recover at home... the surgeon was excellent, the support staff too. We are so privileged to have Ipswich Hospital... the surgeon hit home when he explained the surgery won't keep me alive, it will make your life more comfortable, its the handful of medication that will continue to do that. With the right balance of exercise, diet & work my natural life expectancy should not be shortened..... no driving for a week..pure bliss with the local roads as they are.

Right..i am orf to have my broken heart hopefully mended tomorrow... I shall be out of action for a little while if all goes well.. I am looking to return to the scisoors around 14th February.... if its a disaster ( which i am confident it won't be) then it's been a blast the last 37 yrs having the privilege of cutting some of you lovely people's hair that long .. thank you one & all for all the wishes i have received... "I will be back" as Arnie once said.. Big ❤️💙 to you all
