Just a quick update to let you know there are temporary traffic lights directly outside the salon, which are currently blocking access to our forecourt.

We’re unsure how long they’ll be in place, so please allow a little extra time for your journey and for finding parking before your appointment.

We’re currently experiencing issues with our salon phone and are unable to receive calls at the moment.
We’re working to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Our card machine has been experiencing intermittent issues over the past few days. We are in the process of getting this fixed and appreciate your patience. To ensure smooth transactions in the meantime, we recommend bringing cash as an alternative payment method. Thank you for your cooperation.

As a reminder, our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule efficiently.

We are grateful that the vast majority of our clients respectfully follow this policy. However, we have observed that in some cases, appointments are missed without the required notice. Please be advised that missed appointments without a minimum of 48 hours notice will be charged in full.

Additionally, no further appointments can be booked until any outstanding balance has been paid in full.

We truly value your time and commitment, and we remain dedicated to providing you with the highest level of service.

Travel Advisory – Orwell Bridge Lane Closure

Please be aware that one lane of the Orwell Bridge is currently closed and will remain so until August 2025. As a result, traffic delays are likely.

We kindly ask that you allow extra time for your journey to ensure you arrive promptly for your appointment. Our appointments are scheduled carefully, and late arrivals can impact the rest of our day by delaying subsequent clients.
