Very excited to be offering this retreat with Katie at Bryn y Cadno over the Easter weekend. We will be exploring renewal. Taking time for contemplation and silence but also celebrating and looking to the new that can be brought in. Organic food, quality teaching, beautiful surroundings. Good value.

🌿 Another beautiful retreat happening in Wales over Easter 🌿 This retreat will focus on cleansing the body and focusing the winter reflections into clear aims. Emily will be teaching the yoga and meditation classes and I will be holding space as a wellbeing practitioner as well as offering intuitive massages, a pamper evening and co-hosting the cacao ceremony and dance with Emily. There will be two yoga classes every day, time given to enjoy the delicious nourishing food as well as time to explore the lovely area and soak in the beautiful surroundings. The yoga is suitable for everyone, and we welcome both those with experience and beginners. There will also be time for your own study, contemplation and relaxation. Great care is given to the quality of the food served on the retreat. It will be 100% organic, much of it grown on the farm. People sleep very well here, and there is very low mobile phone reception, so it is a space where you can fully regenerate and come to stillness. Please note there are animals on the property. A young dog and two cats, but none of the animals are allowed in the yoga room or into any of the bedrooms. They are all very friendly and love to be loved and give much back! There are many accommodation options available from dorm rooms and camping to large ensuite rooms - this way we can suit all budgets. We like our retreats to be accessible to all. From the moment you arrive, you will be able to leave the busyness of the world behind you and enter a place where you can connect more deeply and authentically both with your inner self and the external world. The aim would be that when you leave you will have practical tools to bring back with you into your life that will bring subtle and long-lasting change and transformation.
