If you do, this is a good stretch for those glutes, and enlongating the spine will make you feel taller.

Obviously I cant massage myself so extreme measures had to be taken.....any excuse for some sun.

When I relax on holiday I love to have a soft light massage.

But for everyday life to keep me 'functioning' I love a monthly sports massage. It maintains the tissues and keeps them from tightening up more than necessary, allowing me to do all those active things I love.

I still want to be flexible and mobile in 10 years time.

In getting monthly maintenance massages, im investing in my future self.

Then there were 3!

09.00 on a sunny BH Sunday 3 top OCR athletes & took on an epic 12hr burpee challenge, in memory of our friend and coach Jack who died of brain cancer.

The day was filled with a mass of mixed emotions, and digging deep with grit and determination they got through with Jack's friends and family behind them.

My involvement...to give some much needed express massage relief to those extremely tight muscles. Although it may of been temporary it helped the boys carry on towards their goal.

Burpees achieved....over 11,000
Money raised....over £3000 and still rising

Im in absolute awe of your achievement.
You are absolutely amazing

Another review from a lovely client who came to see me with back pain.

After the session she walked out more comfortable than she arrived.

BUT......

Relieving Back pain is never a quick fix,
more sessions and long term 'maintenance' is what is needed to keep that back mobile and tension free.
