TRUTH OR MYTH❓

should I focus on cardio if I want to lose weight.🤔...
IT'S A MYTH🤷🏻

If losing weight (or fat) is one of your goals...Exercise can definitely help, but nutrition will play the biggest part in your results.

Your body burns stored fat when you create a calorie deficit, eating fewer calories than you take in.

Cardio is important for your overall heart health, plus it can help you burn more calories, too!

It also can as a tool to help you keep muscle as you lose weight and maintain your results once you hit your goal.

I provide my online clients with easy to follow programs with set out progressive goals each week

Example of cardio within a program

Week 1-1km - Jog - 60 secs / Walk - 90 secs
Week 2 - 2km - Jog - 60 secs / Walk - 90 secs
Week 3 - 2km - Jog - 120 secs / Walk - 60 secs
Week 4 - 3km - Jog - 4 mins / walk 2 mins
Week 5 - 5km - Jog - 5 mins / walk 1 min

Making training great again 💪

Regan is an online client was actively training was making progress but not as much as he wanted.

Motivation started to slip and with that his drive took a dip. ( will the real slim shady please stand up )

We found out what sort of training he enjoyed and how we could tie this towards his goals. From here we made a structured plan with mini goals to work towards to keep that drive. He’s getting stronger and chasing those numbers and improving fitness.
