So after today’s announcement we all know I’m not going to be back at work any time soon!!

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has announced today the latest changes to the easing of the lockdown in Scotland. Hairdressers and barbers will be able to reopen from the 15 July.

Other personal services will remain closed until a later date.

As always we will update you when we hear anymore.

The latest update is there us still basically no update!! 🙈.
I don’t really expect to be back at work before mid July but as soon as I have a date I will let everyone know.
Unfortunately now I will be working at 50% capacity and unfortunately again due to no childcare less hours than I was before.
I know everyone is desperate for there hair to get done but I will be working through the clients that had a pre-booked appointment in March at the start of lockdown and offering them 1st as I feel this is the fairest way!!
I will absolutely not take offence if you feel you have to go to someone else in the meantime until I can fit you in.

Trying to find the positives in this today I came up with this:
💗 Those eyebrows that you’ve been trying to grow in thicker THIS IS YOUR CHANCE !!!!
Throw away those tweezers. Don’t be tempted. Rub black castor oil in every night and by the time you see me again I’m sure we’ll have more to work with 😘.
💗Remember wanting to grow your hair but it’s been too tempting to get it cut as it hits the in-between stage THIS IS YOUR CHANCE!!! Don’t even think about picking up those kitchen scissors and by the time you see me again we’ll have so much more to work with to achieve that style you wanted 😘
💗 The colour change! Now this is the biggy! Anyone that wants to change there colour but hasn’t been able to due to not wanting to grow it out/bleach it/strip it. THIS IS YOUR CHANCE!!! Don’t be tempted by a box colour your just making it harder for both of us in the long run. Let the sun do the bleaching, it’ll lighten out artificial colour. Embrace those roots -we all have them 🤪 and by the time you see me again we can work on your perfect colour 😘.
