Last night was so warm I was still in the garden at 10.30pm.
It was so peaceful and still and the birds were still singing in harmony.

A great end to a beautiful sunny day in Ayrshire.

I'm so grateful🙏💕

These beautiful roses love the energy at The Garden Sanctuary three weeks and still blooming 💐

10yrs of teaching this amazing Qigong 🙏💕
