Maternity leave is just about over😭

I’m in the middle of getting everything prepared for my return to work with some slight changes to the cabin and branding!

I’ll be posting my new working days and hours before the end of the week as I won’t be returning full time. Heres a revised price list, with a slight increase for nail services, this has definitely been a long time coming but I hope you all understand💖

Hope to speak to and see you all soon, I’ve had the most amazing time off with my baby girl but I can’t wait for some adult chat and some days that don’t involve wiping bums😬

Let the maternity leave begin💞 hopefully Miss Woods lets me have some time to relax before she makes her appearance! Thank you so much to all of my clients for the support, well wishes and beautiful gifts I’ve received. We’re both such lucky girls✨ Connor and I can’t wait to start this amazing chapter in our lives. Hi girls, please read my full post before messaging.

I’m going to be doing my Christmas diary this week, I’ve put it off for long enough🙈

I will be prioritising clients who are actually due in that week and clients who require specific days/times. I will try my best to keep everyone happy but please be mindful that I’m trying to fit essentially 3/4 weeks worth of clients into 1 week so there might have to be slight reshuffle with times if your appointment potentially clashes with someone else. I’ll also be trying to keep my hours as manageable as possible, 5 12 hour shifts after my holiday was tough (my own fault😂). I also won’t be taking on any new clients at this point.

Please send me over preferred dates and times from your next booked appointment upto Christmas. If you think you can come w/c 11th December rather than w/c 18th this would be a great help. I won’t reply instantly but will definitely have all messages answered by the end of the week. Anyone who has already gave me dates I’ll get back to you before end of the week too, please don’t remesage as your message will go straight to the end of the queue as I work from oldest message to newest.

I’ll be finishing on Friday 22nd December and returning potentially w/c 8th January (to be confirmed).

I’m so so grateful for each one of my amazing and loyal clients like I am every year but especially this one. Thank you for your support and I’m overwhelmed by your generosity, you really don’t have to put it’s really appreciated🥺

‼️cancellation policy‼️

Quick reminder of my cancellation policy, no shows and last minute cancellations are creeping up again. When you book an appointment with me you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

- CANCELLATIONS
▪️I understand life happens but if you can’t make your appointment for any reason then please give me plenty of notice where possible.
▪️If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment then 100% of the full balance will be due. This isn’t enough time for me to fill the space.

- DEPOSITS
▪️50% non refundable deposits will be required for any full set of volume or classic lashes, your appointment isn’t secure until this has been paid.
▪️Deposits are non transferable if rearranged within 24 hours of original appointment. Another deposit will need to be paid for new appointment.

- GIFT VOUCHERS
▪️If you have been given a gift voucher and you cancel your appointment within 24 hours then 100% of your appointment will need to be paid, this can come off the balance of the voucher or paid in cash.

- NO SHOWS
▪️ If you don’t turn up to your appointment the full balance will need to be paid and no further appointments booked until this has been done.
▪️If you are any more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the service cannot be carried out and you will still be charged.
