As a business this is not something we want to or like doing but feel we have no other option due to making numerous attempts with Kenzay Gibson to return our salon keys and stock money to the sum of £445 a bill we have had to pay. This has been ongoing for the last 8 weeks. We would hate for any other salons to be put in this position this is the reason for this post.

Due to the Red weather warning in place for tomorrow we have decided to close the salon tomorrow Friday 24th January

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Due to the rising cost of inflation unfortunately we have had no choice to pu out prices up we have tried to hold off as long as possible 😔 this will come into effect as of today 1st March 2023.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment we will require 50% of your service cost before another appointment will be given.

No shows will require to pay the full price of your missed appointment before another will be given.
