First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has announced today the latest changes to the easing of the lockdown in Scotland. Hairdressers and barbers will be able to reopen from the 15 July.

Other personal services will remain closed until a later date.

A message to all hairdressing clients...

Although government advise is to avoid pubs, restaurants and theatres... your hairdressing salon is a much safer environment and you shouldn’t be put off visiting us.
You have always witnessed our hygiene regimes and that’s why you have seen sterilising cabinets and jars for our equipment around the salon and the availability of protective clothing for our team and yourself. Most of us use disposable towels and if we don’t they are laundered between each client.
We are also ALWAYS washing our hands, and we wash your hair and scalp which is the only part of your body we come in contact with. Our cutting stations are usually spaced out further than the government guidelines and those same sections have always been cleaned down thoroughly between each client.
To let you know, most hairdressers earn via commission and so you cancelling your appointments will have a devastating effect on their financial welfare
Finally and most importantly... YOU have always left a salon feeling a great deal better about YOURSELF than you did when you came in, so as long as your healthy, support your salon in this difficult time with the assurance we’ve got your back... and as ALWAYS in return we will lift your spirits and confidence by making you look and feel AMAZING.
