Hey guys amy here…. I have a few spaces left tomorrow to get everyone in before my holiday, I will be working a bit later to accommodate everyone.

As our clients are aware we have a cancellation policy which I will be enforcing with no exceptions. Clients will be required to pay 100% of their appointment if cancelled or rescheduled less than 24hour prior to appointment.

I completely understand that things crop up and life gets in our way at times but hopefully everyone understands that I still have overheads and wages to pay regardless. I really didn’t want to encore this but I have been left with no choice. Appointments will be rebooked when full amount had been paid.
