M-shaped lips can be notoriously tricky to fill, so I was definitely stressing with this one 😂

My client was an absolute trooper 🤍 She was so happy with the result, which was lovely to see.

We kept things really subtle, just adding a little shape, balance and volume whilst still keeping them looking like her own lips 🤍

This industry is about so much more than the treatment itself.

A little note about deposits & appointments 🤍

Firstly, thank you so much to every single one of you who has supported VITRÈA since opening. Your support genuinely means the world to me. ✨

As many of you know, VITRÈA is a small, independent business and currently my only source of income. Every appointment represents time spent preparing, planning and ordering products specifically for each client before they even walk through the door.

Unfortunately, I recently had a day where five clients didn’t turn up to their appointments. It was incredibly disheartening and meant hours of lost income for a small business, as well as products that had already been purchased.

For this reason, all appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits secure your appointment, contribute towards the cost of the products purchased for your treatment, and help protect my diary from late cancellations and no-shows.

At the moment I accept payment by bank transfer only, as I’ve only been trading for a couple of months and I’m not yet set up to take card payments. This is something I hope to offer in the future.

I completely understand that genuine emergencies happen, and I’ll always do my best to be fair and accommodating where I can. I simply ask that, if you book an appointment, you do so with the intention of attending or giving as much notice as possible if your plans change.
