The Suns out and summer is here and a lot of you are thinking its too warm for a massage . Here in my premises its nice and cool in the back.

I have a 24hr cancellation policy

This means if you do not give this length of notice to either rebook or cancel you will be asked to pay for your missed appointment in full. If you choose not to pay you will not get to rebook again untill the owed fee is cleared. And can choose to go elsewhere. I value my clients by turning up early and prepping up. We therapists deserve the same respect from clients.

When you decide to cancel what ever your reasons remember this we can not rebook someone else in in time and loose a whole hours pay. Wether poorly, or your cars broke down or theres been a family crisis you still have to pay. Or txt 24 hr prior if you want further bookings.
Im sorry to do this but only fair.
