Hello friends! I’ve been a little quiet here lately…

I’m going through some big shifts in my personal life at the moment, and my focus right now is exactly where it needs to be, on my own wellness, my wellbeing, and my growing wee family!

I’ve always believed you can’t pour from an empty cup, and right now I’m choosing to take my own advice! So I’m giving myself a little time and space to rest and look after myself.
