Brow shape & sculpt
As a professional makeup artist, brush hygiene isn’t basic……it’s a full process!
After every client, my brushes go through a double cleanse using an antibacterial soap. The first wash removes product buildup, oils and pigment. Second cleanse ensures the bristles are completely clean from bacteria and refreshed at the core. I rinse thoroughly, reshape each brush, and allow them to fully air dry.
Once completely dry, I mist with 70% alcohol for sanitisation before storing them safely in the clean makeup kit.
At home, I deep clean my own makeup brushes once weekly using a sard soap bar because it breaks down heavy foundation, long-wear products and stubborn staining without damaging the bristles. It keeps them soft, fluffy and performing at their best.
