If you’re visiting us for your sunbeds, we’d really appreciate it if you could park in the Tesco car park rather than on the double yellow lines outside the shop or in the petrol station.

This helps keep access clear, avoids any unnecessary parking issues, and shows consideration for the business surrounding us!

Hot weather can increase the effects of sunbed use on your body, so it’s important to take extra care during a heatwave.

✅ DO:
💧 Stay hydrated
⏱️ Reduce your usual session time
🥗 Eat something before your sunbed session

❌ DON’T:
🍷 Drink alcohol before using a sunbed
⚡ Drink energy drinks before your session
🌞 Sunbathe before or after using a sunbed on the same day
🔥 Use a sunbed if you’re already sunburnt
