It’s with great delight that I can finally announce I will be returning to clinic from Monday 6th July 💉🤍

After taking some time to recover and reset, I’m so excited to be back doing what I love and welcoming you all back into clinic.

Moving forward, my clinic days will be every Monday & Tuesday, allowing me to create more structure whilst balancing both businesses. During busier periods of the year, I will also be opening up an additional day on Fridays to accommodate demand so don’t panic!

✨ 4 Weeks Post-Surgery ✨

What a month it’s been.

From launching Caffè Malling, giving myself a BB Glow facial on Day 5 (because apparently I don’t know how to sit still 😂) being completely flooded with flowers, visits from family and friends, squeezing in a bouncy blow-dry and lash appointment, walking about in PJ’s around town to get my nails done 💅 😂and working far harder than I should have been…🙈

I’ve laughed, cried, rested, overdone it, paid the price, and then rested some more.🫠

After leaving hospital, I moved back home for a while and was honestly treated like a princess 👸🏻 I didn’t want to leave! 😂 but missed my home & hubby! Having family around me, mum running around bless her and so much love made all the difference.

Recovery hasn’t been straightforward. There have been days of discomfort, fatigue, aches, pains, and moments where my ADHD brain refused to listen when my body was screaming for rest. I pushed myself too hard at times, especially with the excitement and pressures of launching a new business, and my body quickly reminded me that healing can’t be rushed.

I won’t lie …I bloody I miss clinic life. I miss my clients, my treatments, and being in my Bonita 🌎 . But I’ll be back from the first week of July 😍with some exciting changes, more structure, and a better balance as I continue managing both businesses.

Just a snippet of the last four weeks….

And when people ask me, “How do you feel?”

Despite the discomfort, despite the exhaustion, despite the challenges…

I feel free 🆓 🎉🫶🏼🙌🏼

Free from years of pain, free from what my body has been carrying, and incredibly grateful.

Thank you god for listening to my prayers & seeing my tears..but it’s all over now 🙏🧿

Here’s to healing, slowing down, and coming back stronger than ever.🧿💪🏽

Oh and the last picture..well god reminded me that everything was going to be all ok when I sow that rainbow 🌈 the night before my surgery ✨

I did my final calling in clinic today to say it was busy in an understatement & literally a few days before surgery 🫠 but please to say that’s a wrap for a while now..so many hugs, lots of love, special deliveries, thoughtful gifts from you adorable people! Honestly overwhelmed 🥹 with the love from you all & so many messages of support & well wishes!

Now it’s time to put my big girl pants on, take a deep breathe and get this over with…

Scared, nervous, anxious and my mind is over running but I have to do this after years of suffering . But it’s not over yet now to pack my hospital bag & get my House cleaned to my OCD level..

I’ve been on the go for weeks but the silver lining as one of my clients said..”you’re forced to rest now so healing & take it “ I definitely will be ❤️‍🩹

Il still be online although I have a huge back log of messages already lol

Today I’m taking time to reflect, grow and appreciate the peace I’m creating in my life. 🙏🏼 Thankful to God for another year and so grateful for the love and support from my beautiful clients. You are all part of my journey.

This year is my most testing in all areas of my life and with the lessons & tests but my health is my biggest priority …taking time to breathe, 🧘 in a hectic world we live in!

The most spiritual sign in the zodiac is us pisces ♓️ girls & I’m really embracing the keeping on my P’s…
