For more than 50 years, Age Concern Gillingham has supported people across our local communities.
What began in 1974 through the dedication of local volunteers has grown into a charity providing a wide range of services for older people, adults with learning disabilities, their families and carers.
Throughout the years, one thing has remained the same. Our commitment to helping people stay independent, connected and supported.
Today, our teams continue to provide practical support, companionship, specialist services and opportunities for people to remain active within their communities.
