My lovely client came to me a few months ago to see if we could first reduce the darkness under his eyes, and second correct the hollow. I recommended we first do a course of polynucleotides to help with the colour and strengthen the skin under the eyes, then once we significantly reduced pigmentation we used rendensity 2 ( ultra fine dermal filler) to correct and fill the hollow.
