04/06/2026

Welcome everyone 🌿✨
I’m so happy you’re here and that I can continue growing this space together with all of you 🤍
MillionWays_ToFeelGreat was created during one of the hardest periods of my life. After being diagnosed with a bone marrow illness, my whole life suddenly changed. I was taken out of normal life, stuck at home and forced to slow down completely. Living with ADHD made everything even more overwhelming mentally — too many thoughts, emotions and trying to find myself again.
It was actually my doctor who suggested creating social media as a way to reconnect with people, creativity and life again 🌱
And honestly… I never expected such an amazing community to grow here 🥹🤍
Your messages, support, kindness and encouragement helped me more than you probably realize. Every comment, every reaction and every nice word truly motivates me to keep going ✨
That’s why I’ve decided to take this page even further and focus even more on:
🥗 healthy pescetarian food
🛒 reviewing products and ready meals in UK stores
📚 learning how to eat better step by step
🧾 understanding ingredients and food labels
🌿 simple healthy living
🍲 easy healthy recipes and inspiration
I want this space to stay real, simple, positive and helpful 🤍
No fake perfection. No extremes. Just real life and small ways to feel better every day 🌱
I’ve also decided to move my natural skincare and DIY beauty journey to my new group: ✨ Pure Skin Lab ✨
That’s where I’ll be sharing everything connected to natural skincare, what I’m currently creating, testing and working on 🌿
You’ll be able to follow the process, discover natural beauty ideas, try products and hopefully feel the difference yourself 🤍
I’ll leave the group link in the comments ✨
Thank you for being here with me on this journey 🥹🤍
This page exists because of you too 🌿✨

WHY ENZYMATIC PEELS ARE OFTEN BETTER FOR THE SKIN THAN HARSH SCRUBS ✨🍍
For many years people believed that strong scrubs and aggressive exfoliation were the best way to achieve smooth skin.
But today, dermatologists and skin researchers understand much more about the importance of protecting the skin barrier.
Scientific research has shown that excessive mechanical exfoliation — especially with harsh scrubs — can damage the skin barrier, increase sensitivity, worsen dehydration, and trigger irritation and inflammation.
This is why enzymatic exfoliation has become so popular in modern skincare 🤍
Unlike traditional scrubs that physically rub the skin, enzymatic peels work by helping dissolve dead skin cells sitting on the surface of the skin.
This makes them much gentler, especially for: ✨ dry skin
✨ sensitive skin
✨ dehydrated skin
✨ mature skin
✨ compromised skin barrier
One important thing many people don’t realize is that dry skin can still have a buildup of dead skin cells and impurities.
When this buildup accumulates, the skin can start to look: ▫️ dull
▫️ rough
▫️ uneven
▫️ tired
▫️ less radiant
This is exactly why gentle exfoliation is so important.
Skin analysis cameras are also very interesting because they show the skin in a way our eyes often cannot.
Under magnification, we can clearly see dehydration, rough texture, buildup, and uneven areas that may not be visible in normal lighting.
The camera does not rely on perception or illusion — it reveals the real condition of the skin surface.
In my video, I used a simple natural enzymatic peel made with: 🍍 raw pineapple
🥛 yogurt
🍯 honey
✨ jojoba oil
Pineapple contains bromelain — a natural enzyme studied for its exfoliating properties.
Yogurt contains lactic acid, which helps gently smooth the skin.
Honey supports hydration, while jojoba oil helps nourish and protect the skin barrier.
After exfoliation, the skin often appears smoother, brighter, softer, and more refreshed because dead skin buildup has been removed more gently and evenly.
Modern skincare science is showing more and more that healthy skin is not created through aggression, but through supporting and protecting the skin barrier while encouraging natural skin renewal ✨🤍
Have you ever tried an enzymatic peel before? 👀

WHY I FELL IN LOVE WITH WATERLESS SKINCARE ✨🌿
The older I get, the more I understand that mature skin needs something very different from most traditional creams.
So many women over 40 notice the same thing…
their skin still feels dry shortly after applying moisturizer.
And there’s a reason for that 👇
Most traditional creams are mainly water 💧
Water gives a quick feeling of hydration and softness, but once it evaporates from the skin, the dryness often comes back again.
And because water-based products can spoil easily, formulas also need preservatives, stabilizers, emulsifiers, perfumes and fillers just to stay stable on a shelf 🧪
But mature skin needs more than temporary hydration ✨
It needs:
🤍 nourishment
🤍 lipids
🤍 protection
🤍 skin barrier support
🤍 ingredients that help reduce moisture loss
That’s why I became so passionate about waterless skincare 🌿
Without water in the formula, products can be far more concentrated and focused on rich nourishing ingredients ✨
One of my absolute favorite ingredients is lanolin 🐑🤍
Living in Ireland surrounded by sheep, it felt impossible not to become fascinated by it 🇮🇪
Lanolin is a natural wax derived from sheep’s wool and its structure is incredibly similar to the lipids naturally found in our skin.
It’s especially loved for dry, mature and compromised skin barriers because it helps:
✨ soften rough skin
✨ reduce moisture loss
✨ support the skin barrier
✨ protect against dryness and harsh weather
Another ingredient I truly love is beeswax 🍯🐝
Especially local Irish beeswax 🇮🇪✨
Beeswax creates a beautiful protective layer on the skin while helping lock moisture in and giving creams that rich luxurious texture 🤍
And then there are nourishing ingredients like:
🌸 camellia oil
🥭 mango butter
Camellia oil feels silky, elegant and deeply nourishing.
Mango butter helps comfort dry skin without feeling too heavy ✨
The more I learn about ingredients, the more I believe that ingredients matter far more than pretty marketing words like “natural face cream.”
Sometimes ingredient lists look more like something created for shelf stability and mass production than something designed to truly nourish the skin 🧪
For me, skincare is becoming less about trends and more about understanding what the skin genuinely needs with age ✨
The goal isn’t soft skin for one hour after applying cream.
The goal is skin that feels:
🤍 soft
🤍 nourished
🤍 protected
🤍 healthy
🤍 hydrated for longer
And honestly… mature skin deserves exactly that 🌿✨

🌿 YOUR SKIN AFTER 40 DOESN’T NEED ANOTHER “MIRACLE CREAM” 🌿
As a chemist, I’ve been doing my own investigation into skincare ingredients for a long time now… and the more I analyse store-bought products, the more I see one thing clearly:
beauty marketing is often far more impressive than the actual ingredients.
Luxury packaging.
Anti-aging promises.
Perfect glow.
Instant lifting.
And then you read the ingredient list and find: synthetic fragrance, silicones, cheap fillers, harsh preservatives and ingredients designed mainly to create a sensory effect rather than truly support mature skin.
And that’s exactly why I keep coming back to simple, natural ingredients 🌿
Because skin after 40 really changes.
It becomes thinner, drier, more reactive and more sensitive to everything: weather, stress, hormones, overheated rooms and overly aggressive skincare.
That’s why I created this whipped chamomile balm ✨
It’s made with: 🌼 chamomile infused for 4 weeks in h**p oil
🌿 h**p butter
🍯 raw honey from Irish bees
✨ vitamin E
But honestly… the h**p oil and h**p butter impressed me the most.
And what makes it even more special is that they come from local Irish h**p farms 🌿
The more I read about h**p and analyse its chemical composition, the more I understand why it works so beautifully for mature skin.
H**p oil is naturally rich in omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, which help support the skin barrier and leave the skin feeling nourished without that heavy greasy feeling.
H**p butter gives deep comfort and protection while still feeling soft, calming and breathable on the skin — completely different from many heavy store-bought creams.
And honestly?
I truly believe skincare is slowly returning to local, simple and real ingredients 🤍
Here in Ireland I found beautiful locally produced h**p oil, h**p butter and raw honey from Irish bees — fresh, natural and connected to nature.
Those are the ingredients that impress me now.
Not luxury packaging.
Not viral creams.
Just real quality and simplicity.

THE MASK I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT 🌿✨
I didn’t expect something this simple to make such a difference… but here we are.
This mask became one of those little rituals I keep coming back to, especially when my skin feels irritated, tired or just “off”.
There’s something about the combination of these ingredients that just works. It’s gentle, calming and leaves the skin feeling clean but still soft and hydrated — not tight, not dry.
And the key? Keeping it slightly wet while it’s on the skin. That changes everything.
Why I love it:
Lemon balm tea 🍃
Soothes, calms and helps reduce redness. It’s one of those herbs I always come back to — simple but incredibly effective.
White clay 🤍
Gently cleanses and draws out impurities without stripping the skin.
Jojoba oil ✨
Adds hydration and supports the skin barrier, leaving the skin soft and balanced.
The result:
Calm, clean, soft and naturally glowing skin. No irritation, no dryness — just that fresh, healthy look.
RECIPE 🌿
1 tbsp white clay
3–5 drops jojoba oil
1–2 tbsp lemon balm tea (cooled)
Add jojoba oil to the clay first.
Then slowly add lemon balm tea and mix until smooth.
Apply to clean skin.
Leave for 10–15 minutes, keeping it slightly wet with lemon balm tea.
Rinse with lukewarm water.
This is one of those simple things that really stays in your routine 🤍

🌿 HOW TO CALM IRRITATED SKIN NATURALLY (MELISSA TONER)

If your skin burns, turns red, or feels constantly irritated — it might not be “sensitive”… it might be overwhelmed.

Modern skincare is full of strong, active ingredients. Acids, alcohol-based toners, fragrances, exfoliants — they can be helpful, but when overused, they often do the opposite of what we want.

Instead of calming the skin, they:
– disrupt the natural skin barrier
– increase sensitivity
– cause redness and that “burning” feeling
– make your skin react to everything

And then we think: “my skin is sensitive”
When in reality — it’s just irritated and overstimulated.

---

🌿 WHY SIMPLE WORKS BETTER

Sometimes your skin doesn’t need more products.
It needs less… but better.

Melissa (lemon balm) is one of those simple, gentle ingredients that actually support the skin instead of fighting it.

It’s known for:
✔ calming and soothing properties
✔ reducing redness and irritation
✔ supporting skin recovery
✔ being gentle even for sensitive skin

It helps bring your skin back to balance — without overloading it.

---

🌿 SIMPLE MELISSA TONER (MY WAY)

What you need:
– melissa tea bags
– hot water

How to make it:

1. Pour hot water over the tea bags
2. Cover and steep for 10 minutes
3. Let it cool
4. Pour into a container
5. Freeze ❄️

---

✨ HOW I USE IT

I gently rub the frozen cube over my skin.
It instantly feels cooling, calming, and refreshing.

Perfect when your skin feels irritated, tired, or “too much has been done.”

---

💚 Sometimes the best thing you can do for your skin
is to stop overcomplicating it.

Save this if you want to try a gentler approach.

✨ Magic Sea Moss Cream – Nourishing, Hydrating & Soothing ✨
Have you ever wondered why store-bought creams last so long?
They have to survive months in warehouses and then sit on store shelves, often under strong lights and higher temperatures. To make that possible, they’re heavily preserved, stabilized and filled with ingredients your skin doesn’t really need.
That’s why I choose differently.
Why not make your own cream? Fresh, active and truly nourishing.
Today I’m sharing my own original recipe for a natural face cream – no artificial colors, no unnecessary chemicals, just real skin-loving ingredients.
🌊 Water phase
The base of this cream is sea moss gel (Irish moss) – a true skin superfood.
Sea moss:
deeply hydrates
soothes and calms the skin
improves elasticity
supports the skin barrier
The sea moss was soaked beforehand (shown in my previous video), then finely chopped and gently cooked in a small amount of distilled water until a gel formed.
To the water phase I added:
distilled water
vegetable glycerin
🌿 Oil phase
The oil phase contains:
Olivem 1000 (natural emulsifier)
cold-pressed sunflower oil
jojoba oil
h**p seed oil
Both phases are heated in a double boiler to about 65–70°C, warm enough to melt the emulsifier but gentle on the ingredients.
🌀 Emulsifying
When both phases reach a similar temperature, I pour the water phase first, then the oil phase into a tall container and blend.
No thickeners, no colorants – yet the texture is beautiful, creamy and natural.
🌸 Active ingredients
Once the cream cools below 40°C, I add:
vitamin E
eco-preservative Optiphen Plus
a few drops of Rose Absolute – real, natural aroma, not synthetic perfume
❄️ Final touch
After a short chill in the fridge, I lightly whip the cream, adding air.
The result is light like a cloud, silky and gentle – pure nature for your skin.
🧪 Formula for 100 ml (2 jars × 50 ml)
Water phase – 70 ml
40 ml sea moss gel
25 ml distilled water
5 ml vegetable glycerin
Oil phase – 30 ml
7 g Olivem 1000
10 ml cold-pressed sunflower oil
10 ml jojoba oil
10 ml h**p seed oil
Add below 40°C
0.5 ml vitamin E
1 ml Optiphen Plus
5–8 drops Rose Absolute
🫙 Hygiene matters
Always transfer the cream into dry, sterilized jars.
Use a clean, dry spatula, never fingers.
🌿 What this cream does
A nourishing, deeply hydrating and soothing cream, perfect for:
dry and dehydrated skin
sensitive or irritated skin
tired, dull skin
Skin feels soft, calm, elastic and radiant ✨
⏳ Shelf life
Up to 3 months in the fridge or 6–8 weeks in a cool, dark place.
