Things to remember…

☀️stay well hydrated

☀️stay in the shade & avoid being out between 11am - 3pm

☀️protect your skin

☀️check in on those who are more vulnerable; the elderly, children, pregnant people, those with health conditions and those on certain medications like SSRIs.

And finally…

☀️Where possible please provide a fan and a cool drink for your massage therapist 🫠🫠🫠
