Due to a few no shows i would just like to let everyone know my policies.

All bookings will require a £30 no refundable deposit unless the treatment price is lower than this then it will be 50% of the price. Deposits cannot be carried over to a new date.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment require a fee which is 50% of your treatment price.
No shows will also require a fee of 50% of your treatment price.
I cannot rebook you in until this is paid.
Cancellations made before 24 hours will be a loss of deposit.

If you are more that 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be required.

Please let me know if you cannot attend your appointment as I can fill this in with a new client.
