To all of my valued clients, thank you for your continued support. 💕
To help manage appointments fairly and ensure availability for everyone, I am introducing the following booking policy:
• All new clients are required to pay a deposit when booking an appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend your appointment.
• If you provide at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.
Last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill appointment times and affect my small business. Thank you for your understanding, respect, and cooperation. I appreciate every one of my clients and look forward to seeing you at your appointments. 💖
