Sadly I cannot massage myself 🤣🫠 So- I go and see my massage therapist on a monthly basis. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and my goodness if I miss a treatment I get so cronchy!! 🫣🫣

I took some much needed time to escape to this beautiful lake over the past couple of days. There was barely any signal, there was no TV. There was just us, Duck (the dog) and the lake. And it was perfect!
How often do we just keep going because we think we should, and then only when we stop do we come to some big old ‘ah-ha!’ moments!
