Melissa is our new Sports Therapist. She works here every Thursday. Melissa graduated from the University of Nothampton in July 2012 and since that time has been growing her own business through working out of two premises. Sports therapy is not just amateur or professionl athletes but for normal people like you and me :-). Injuries are named as sports injuries by they may occur in the workplace, at home or during activity. Sports therapy looks at the injury, how the injury happened and what treatment is necessary for recovery. Sports therapy involves - Sports massage, Electrotherapy (Ultrasound), Joint and Spinal mobilisations and manipulations, Injury management and prevention and rehabilitation. Melissa also offers BEAUTY treatments
