Rescheduling your appointment on the same day as your booking is really difficult for a small business. By the time you decide to move your appointment, it’s often too late for me to fill that time slot, meaning I lose both valuable time and income.

I completely understand that genuine emergencies happen, but last-minute reschedules have become more frequent and it’s having a real impact on my business.

Please, if you know you can’t make your appointment, give as much notice as possible. It gives someone else the chance to book your slot and helps keep my diary running smoothly.
