❓ Myth: “Injuries can happen for no reason.”
✅ Answer: False!
Injuries can seemingly happen for no reason, but this is not the case. Even though the exact reason may not be clear, it’s important to investigate and discover the proper cause, so you can prevent them happening again in the future 🤕

✨Myth Monday✨
❓Myth: “Rest is always the best form of recovery for an injury, and nothing else needs to be done.”
✅ Answer: False!
Whilst rest is important for the recovery of injuries, this is only one part of the puzzle. Exercising and stretching the injured area after a couple of days helps gradually improve the strength in the area, leading to a lower risk of re-injury in the future 💪

Stretch of the Week - Standing Hamstring Stretch! 🙌
This is one of the simplest stretches you can do, with is also requiring little effort to complete. If performed correctly, it is a very effective and beneficial way to stretch your hamstrings 💪
