We did it ⛰️ 3560 ft climbed & blessed with the first day (entire climb) of rain in 5 weeks making it very slippy with countless people being rescued of the mountains by mountain rescue😂 With a great bunch of girls and some cracking memories made all while reminiscing the good old days , & why I shouldn't sit near (Jordan Rand) 🤣 we made it to the top & back down in support of our much Loved friend Hannah Cerreoni-Huitt who is stronger and braver than all of us put together, her pure strength and determination pushed every one of us up & down that mountain. I never normally take to social media but I feel the need to now......

Today I drove 40min round trip to a client's house for a booked & reminded appointment, only to find a note on the door saying she needed it to been cancelled. No message, no phone call.

As a self-employed, part-time business owner, this meant I lost four hours of work and income that I simply can't replace at such short notice. It's not only a huge inconvenience it has a real financial impact on my life.Running a small business means every appointment matters.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, but please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. (I am human & do understand) Without notice, I don't have the opportunity to fill that appointment, and it has a genuine impact on my livelihood.

Going forward, I will unfortunately have to enforce a cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice (unless due to a genuine emergency) will be subject to a cancellation fee. I hope everyone understands that this isn't about being difficult—it's about protecting my small business and ensuring I can continue offering my services.

My lovely client is unfortunately allergic to hair colour, she wanted to tone her hair right back to her natural from a blonde balyage.

As we can't apply colour to her scalp we packed in LOADS of baby lights and chunkier slices to get as much depth and colour into her hair.

Coming away from blonde highlights and block colour on the scalp, we used a mixture of root blending natural greys throughout but packing as much depth and balayage as possible for a soft finish.
