All good things must come to an end...

After nearly 10 years of working with Arosha, this chapter is officially closing. To be honest, it wasn’t entirely my choice, my distributor has stopped selling the products, which means I can no longer easily stock them. While the brand still exists, I’ve decided not to import it from abroad myself.

However, when one door closes, another opens! I have been searching for a worthy replacement, and I’m happy to say I’ve found one. It’s just as relaxing and effective as the treatments you’ve loved so far, perhaps even more so! I’ll be adding it to my offer very soon, so stay tuned for that.

Have you ever noticed a strange, dry patch on your eyelid or a red spot near your jawline that just won't go away?

I see this quite often during my consultations, and recently, it happened to me too. My first thought was the weather. Maybe the indoor heating was drying out my skin. I checked my diet and my skincare, but nothing had changed.

The culprit? A cream eyeshadow that looked perfectly fine but was actually long past its expiration date.

We often invest so much in high-quality serums and creams, but we forget that our makeup has a "use-by" date too. Have you ever noticed a small icon of an open jar on your packaging? That is the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol. It tells you exactly how many months the product remains safe after you first open it.

When we use expired makeup or dirty brushes, we aren't just applying colour, we are often applying bacteria and unstable chemicals. This can lead to localized inflammation or a disrupted skin barrier. The most dangerous thing we can do is try to "heal" these spots with over-the-counter steroid creams without knowing the cause, as this can actually deepen the problem.

But here is the secret: Intention is everything.

The real magic happens when you choose a treatment because you want to do something nice for yourself, not because you are frustrated or angry at your reflection.

If you go to a clinic because you hate a part of your body, even the best plastic surgeon in the world cannot satisfy you. The external change won't fix the internal feeling. But when you do it out of self-love? That is when the results are truly beautiful.

It affects everything. When you feel good and confident, you don't waste time judging others. You don't care if someone gained a few kilos, if they have a wrinkle, or if their hair is messy. You just don't mind.

It’s like the famous "husband’s socks" example. If you are at peace with yourself, picking up a pair of socks left on the floor takes 10 seconds. You throw them in the wash and move on. But if there is chaos inside you? Those socks become the biggest problem in the world.

I experience this too! I have days when I don't want to do anything. And that is okay - if I accept it. The problem starts when I sit there scrolling through nonsense on my phone, wasting time. Then I feel guilty, not rested, and angry at myself.

Suddenly, my son walks in, does something small, and I get annoyed at him. But deep down, I know it’s not his fault. It’s mine. It’s my internal frustration.

So, my advice to you is this: Be kind to yourself. Whether it is a beauty treatment or just a lazy Sunday, do it with the right intention. Do it because you love yourself, not because you are fighting against yourself.
