The joys of Kickboxing!

I sustained this cut on my knuckles from Kickboxing and I hadn’t realised I had it until I had my shower afterwards!

I didn’t treat it straight away, one of those ‘it’ll be OK’ things!

After 2 days it started to become really dry, from everyday things like, washing dishes, washing and generally using my hands for stuff!

I dug out my Tamanu balm and applied it to my cut often over the course of 48hours and it’s reducing in size and definitely not dry or sore.

Similar things that Tamanu balm is awesome for in my everyday life recently is…
⭐️ the rubbing of your smart watch on your wrist.
⭐️ blisters from shoes (in my case, new flipflops).
⭐️ a pinch on my skin from a door.
⭐️ a spot which has appeared from nowhere!
⭐️ grazes on my kids from playing.

So it turns out, I have hay fever… 🤷‍♀️

I’ve never had it before so when I was treating myself for a cold and several people were telling me ‘I think you have hay fever’ I eventually took a piriteze last night and today I feel like a new woman!!

So after days of blowing my nose, my nose was pretty sore 😩
