Well well well I hand on heart didn’t expect to win so much so I had no speech prepared when Natalie my student got called up I was cheering so loud I didn't even realise I got called I was so proud in that moment of her so well done .llanelli honestly I was beaming for you. so this is what I should of said instead of my ramble on eggs and spoons 😂

First of all thank you for putting on a absolutely amazing event well done to every single person nominated no one understands what it takes to run a business but all are clearly smashing it.

Secondly I want to thank my mum because without her I wouldn't of been able to start my business or continue it she helps me bring up my son so I can keep pushing my dreams and I think that's the most selfless thing ever and I'm in awe of her.

Thirdly my clients, without you there would be nothing you have kept me going even when I didn't believe in myself 70% of my clients have been with me for over 12 years which is a huge retention to a business but to me that’s just unconditional loyalty my clients are my family they will all be attending my wedding (when I find someone crazy enough to marry me) that’s how highly I think of each and everyone we are so close and I’m absolutely honoured that I have walked through massive stages in your life as well as you mine. I love you all dearly

And last but not least I was so flabbergasted and shaky I didn’t thank the one person in my speech who genuinely has been the scaffolding to the business these last 4 years through my illness. My CHARLIE you are an angel walking the earth beside me your talent is endless but your aura and the way you make everyone feel so at peace with the world is your greatest quality of all. You may work for me but I never ever look at it that way your my partner in business and best friends in life and to have those rolled in one I’m one lucky woman. I think my only critique is you can’t see how beautiful you are and if I had one wish it would be for you to see yourself through my eyes. You’re an amazing person and I know without a shadow of a doubt without you the business would have had to close
