🐟 Not all fish oils are created equal. Here's what really matters. ⏱️

When choosing a fish oil, many people focus on Omega-3 concentration. But an equally important factor is freshness and oxidative stability. Omega-3 is naturally fragile and begins to oxidize once it leaves the fish. When oxidation occurs, the oil is no longer in the form your body can efficiently utilize.

🤝 Meet Your Community – A relaxed chance to connect with neighbours, volunteers, and local organisations.

After last year’s incredible turnout of more than 700 people, we’re excited to bring everyone together again for an afternoon of connection, creativity, and community spirit.
