Shouted Claire over because she always wanted me to show her how I root shadow.

Was like section off the money piece at the front. Lauren likes a bold one (rogue x men)

Then tapped on 5/0, 5/1 color touch. Pretty dark colour. Was like don’t panic it’s on wet hair and going on very blond hair it won’t be dark. But only on for like 5 mins, She was like ok

Coated the mids and end in conditioner ok?

Then started brushing the root colour straight through. I thought Claire was going to die 🤣. I’m like don’t worry the conditioner is a barrier the colour won’t touch it. But don’t stop half way down thats when you can get a line. Keep blending.

She’s like nah that’s mental 🤣 I’m like I have to do this everyday 😅🤣

One of my longest friends… god we went to nursery together! But been 6 years since Iv seen her and she was back home for a visit from Australia 🇦🇺 🦘

Was like time hadn’t passed with our chats 🥰

She says my blond is ok when it’s done but doesn’t stay bright. I don’t use silver shampoo because you said that will make it duller… true

It’s hard water build up! See it a lot. She’s like that’s weird because the water you shower in makes you feel dry in Australia.

So sent her links for a shower filter (game changer) and Malibu c treatments to use once a month, along with the shampoo and conditioner to use once a month also 👌🏻

Learnt some amazing tips that just make sense and never thought of before

Forever learning! Some people are like your good at foiling why do you need to do a course on it. Yeah but I want to foil like them and learn their tricks.

Great day and even went for dinner and drinks with them afterwards with Gary and Julie. Such down to earth girls. Was a great day educating and socialising with like minded hairdressing people.
