Our own little studio ☁️

As you all know we moved the brow/makeup/nail station to one of the smaller treatment rooms and we chose to keep the large front room as a space we could hold regular soundbaths.

Last week we hosted our first session in the new space and it was absolutely perfect! It was really important for us to create a space you would leave feeling relaxed and uplifted. A space where we can come together, value rest and not feel guilty about it!

Introducing OPAL Wellness 🧘🏽‍♀️

This morning we hosted our first free community event for our clients/friends. We headed to the beach first thing for a yoga session and cold water therapy 🌊

We have big plans in the pipeline for more events this year and will be running this wellness morning every month! If you’d like to get involved pop us a DM and we will add you into our community group chat - everyone is welcome 🫶🏼

Thank you so much to everyone that attended this morning. Our mission was to bring women together, to empower and support each other and that’s exactly what we’ve achieved together! 🤍
