Availability for walk ins this week
This lovely client called me yesterday in a wee panic as the lecturer at the city college of Glasgow didn't listen to what the client wanted, proceeded to continue a service. The guest asked them to stop and as a result was asked to leave the chair and was banned from the salon.... thats unexeptable.
As an educator, teaching a class how to do a service and messing it up and blaming the client... bang out of order. IF YOU CANT DO SOMETHING DONT TRY AND FAKE IT!
Im so proud of this client for speaking up and using their voice. So basically this lovely person cam in with a beetles bowl cut with and attempt at mulleteskthing. So after a wee sit down, a chat about what we could save and shape. This was our result and I love it.
Most importantly the client left with a smile
