I will be offering Sport Massage, Dry Cupping, Deep Tissue Massage and watch this space for more...
Each session we will do a movement assessment to evaluate the area and source any unwanted tightness or pain.
An overall massage with myofascial release, elongation of the muscle fibres, increase blood flow to the area, cupping (if necessary), soft tissue release.
Followed up by aftercare advice to aid with recovery or to avoid a potential injury occurring.
