Hi everyone!

Apologies for the radio silence whilst I’ve been off- life’s been bussssssssyyyyyy!!!
I hope you’ve all had a great summer and enjoyed some of the lovely weather we’ve had! ☀️

I’ve been planning my return to work- this will be the week commencing 20th October.
I will however, only be working one day a week for the foreseeable. This will be a Thursday- meaning my first official day back will be Thursday 23rd October 👻

I will be opening my diary very shortly- and as usual, it will run 2months in advance. Therefore, if you need a specific time- please book ahead as I’ve no wiggle room.
You may notice some changes to my booking system, so please double check what you are booking, to ensure you have booked the correct service.

I’ve missed you all and look forward to seeing you on my return.

Hi all 🫶🏽

As most of you are aware now, I have only 3 working weeks left with my last day being 27th March.
With that being said, I want to thank you all for the continued support.
I am not sure when I will be returning to work after the new arrival, and don’t want to put a date on this yet.
However, there will be someone coming in to use my space!

Some of you may already be familiar with Kalina from the Opal days.
Kalina is also a teacher who at the moment is on a supply contract, however, Kalina plans to work a couple of evenings and a Saturday with the potential of more hours throughout school holidays. These are Kalina’s details and best means of contact for appointments;

Happy new year to all of you! Hope you enjoyed the festivities! 🥂

I just wanted to start this year by thanking all of you for your continued support. It’s been an exciting year personally! Thank you to those who have come with me on the journey to Douglas street, and to the new faces who have visited.

Some of you may know, or may have guessed that baby Bryson no.2 is due in May!

So with that, my diary will only be opening one month in advance rather than two. This is just precautionary, so that if there’s any early movement- like his brother- I don’t have as much admin to sort out with appointments. I hope you all understand.

I ordered two door signs (in
September), as they had to be matching. They arrived however, one had been made incorrectly. I let them know ASAP and was told that another would be made and sent. Weeks went by and nothing. I followed this up, to be told another would be dispatched on Monday... three, maybe even 4 Mondays ago now. My messages are now being ignored. I've asked for a refund for both, as I am now going to have to source two that are the same- yet again no correspondence. May I add, it is now 2nd December and I am still in a position.

🧼🫧 Cleanliness is paramount!! 🫧🧼

Please swipe along to see which products I use multiple times daily- and why. These products help to minimise cross contamination and ensure that I am providing a service that is hygienic for myself and my client.

No.1 Clinell wipes- I use these to wipe down my tools and my lamp in between each client. These are single use medical grade wipes which are used in clinical spaces. These wipes prevent the transfer of 99.99% bacteria.

No.2 Dettol All-in-one disinfectant spray- I use this to wipe down all hard surfaces with couch roll. Ensuring that my desk has been disinfected in between each client.

No.3 Barbicide- this is used for my drill bits. It’s got antibacterial and antifungal properties that helps to kill any nasty bacteria which may harbour themselves in the bits.

No.4 Ultrasonic Cleaner- this is used alongside an antibacterial soap solution. All tools are placed in here with hot water for two minutes, removed and dried with couch roll. This ensures that all dust trapped in my tools is removed and that all bacteria which may contaminate my tools is removed.
