Hey guys just checking in…

If you go on to my website it’s saying it deactivated…. I’ve been trying to get a hold of my tech guy since 2nd of Jan to fix this problem so if any emails are bouncing back from previous correspondence DONT PANIC … I’ve had a lot people getting me on here & insta saying this…

I’m not stressing myself out… trying to reach someone (the tech guy) who doesn’t want to be reached! Considering I’ve paid my yearly fees it’s a bit 💩

So for now catch me on here… sorry for any panic to existing brides and inconvenience caused..

Anyhows still got lots of equiries coming in and have just booked a wedding for April this year! Hence why I tend to not take occasion makeup bookings until 8 weeks before. Just a gentle reminder if you have enquired and are interested in booking, that a booking retainer is required to secure your date or it’s open to others 🫶

Happy new year peeps…. 💜💜

I’ve been taking some time to chill over the festives and taking all my memories in with my kids 💜
This past year has made me realise life is defo to be lived.

I’m really looking forward to my 2026 weddings and meeting my brides!!

A couple of years ago I made myself a promise to slow down a bit. Life was feeling a bit heavy and I was feeling a tad overwhelmed. I realised I can’t pour from an empty cup. I’m definitely seeing this reflecting in my wedding bookings this year.
Btw I’m fine with that, as that was the plan at the time. I needed to make that decision for myself and my family. I’m feeling alot more like myself, refreshed and raring to go these days.

My vision for my biz going forward, is defo quality over quantity 💯… it’s great to be really busy but when you’ve been there done that for years and you have burnt yourself out in the process … it defo was time to re evaluate things and my biz goals have changed. I just want to give my best service and produce quality work. I don’t need to be doing 5 weddings a week anymore.

There is this misconception in this industry that extremely busy equals successful… I don’t believe in this mantra anymore. I’ve been there done that, mega busy, chasing awards, magazine covers, etc… My priorities now are I just want to enjoy it and do a good job.

The feedback I’ve received over the years is what it’s all about for me! Enjoying what you do and doing it well, leaving a good impression is my idea of true success 🫶 I do love doing makeup and bridal parties, that’s where my passion lies and that’ll never change! So thanks to everyone who still supports me💄

Funny story I went out for lunch today and met two of my past brides in the same restaurant, had a wee quick catch up with both… 🥰

I’m planning on doing a wee bit more occasion makeup this year and potentially lessons so watch this space!! 👀
