A Respectful Reminder to All Clients

At Über Pigmentations, we pride ourselves on providing a professional, safe and welcoming environment for every client. In return, we ask that the same level of respect is shown to our team.

Before booking, all clients agree to our Terms & Conditions. These are in place to protect both you and the business and are not negotiable.

A few important reminders:

• Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Reserving a 2.5–3 hour appointment means that time has been allocated exclusively to you. We also incur significant business costs, including card processing fees, booking platform fees, advertising costs and administration.
• Rescheduling outside of our Terms & Conditions will result in the booking fee being forfeited, as clearly outlined before booking. Any appointments not cancelled within 72 hours will result in a full service charge, this is separate to a booking fee as that only holds the appointment and won't cover business costs if we don't fill the slot so please note the two are completely different.
• We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards disrespectful behaviour, abuse, threats, intimidation, manipulation or unreasonable demands. If we experience any of these behaviours, your appointment may be cancelled and you may be removed from our booking system permanently.

Permanent makeup is a close-contact treatment that requires trust and professionalism. If a client’s behaviour makes us feel uncomfortable or unsafe, we will not carry out the procedure. This decision is made for the wellbeing and safety of both client and practitioner.

We also kindly ask that clients are patient during the healing process. Every client receives comprehensive verbal aftercare, written aftercare instructions and detailed information explaining what to expect during healing, including what is considered completely normal.

Please take the time to read the information provided before contacting us with concerns that have already been answered. If your healing is progressing as expected, any remaining questions can be discussed thoroughly at your perfecting appointment.

As a small business, I personally manage treatments, administration, social media across four platforms, accounts, enquiries and the day-to-day running of the business. Like everyone else, I am entitled to evenings, weekends and personal time. I am therefore unable to respond to messages asking questions that are already covered in the information provided.

Of course, if you believe you are experiencing something genuinely unexpected or require urgent advice outside of the normal healing process, please do get in touch and I will respond as soon as I reasonably can.

Kindness, patience and mutual respect cost nothing, and they allow us to continue providing the highest standard of care to every client.
