Sad to say I had my first no show today 😢 even worse as it was an app that was phoned in and booked this morning 🤷🏻♀️
I know with everything going on just now, people may need to cancel, I completely understand that. However phoning for a same day app, to then not even bother to turn up or contact me or the shop isn’t on I’m afraid.
In future I will only be taking bookings through my online booking system (book now button at top of page) you will be asked to leave card details to confirm your app, and you will receive a confirmation email and text. No cash will be taken from your card, unless you are a no show for your app (all the info and details will be given to you when booking your app) Any questions about the booking app give me a shout, always happy to help ❤️
