‼️Important Payment Update ‼️

Just giving all my lovely clients a quick head up. As of 1st April 2026 l am updating my payment method to a CASH only basis. I will no longer be accepting bank transfers after appointments. This applies to all clients, there are no exceptions. I apologize for any inconvenience, but this change is necessary for my small business. If you are unsure of your total, please feel free to message me before your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support 💇‍♀️

Also can all clients from the last month who paid by bank transfer please check that the transfer has gone through. I know the signal in the shop isn’t the best so I trust that it would be done it when yous get home but yet Im still missing a few payments. Thank you ☺️

Firstly I’d like to start with thanking all my clients for the continued support, especially with the difficulties I’ve had over the last year with wee Bear. Managing two jobs, various vet, physio and hydrotherapy apps, as well as trying to maintain a bit of a normal home life balance, it’s been hard but hopefully we’re over the worst of if. He’s now a year post op and doing well enough that I’m able to leave him at home. So again thank you for the continued support and putting up with him being in the salon and hopefully yous won’t see him again anytime soon 🤞

Now for the s**t part..

‼️ Price increase ‼️

Unfortunately due to the continuous rising costs of my suppliers i will be having a slight increase in the pricing of all services effective from 1st April 2024.

I completely appreciate that we are all feeling the pinch due to the rising costs of living, so I still aim to keep the costs of my services competitive and at an affordable price so you can all still enjoy treating yourself.

‼️ Cancellation policy ‼️

I will also be introducing a cancellation policy effective from 1st April 2024.

I understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an appointment, Therefore, please notify me at least 48hrs prior to your appointment.

Appointments like removal of extensions, colour and refit on the same day takes anything between 4-6 hrs depending on the method of extensions used, so these appointments in particular take up a good chunk of my day. So it’s very frustrating when clients cancel last minute or don’t show up.

Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

It only takes a minute to send a message that you no longer want/need the appointment.

If you cancel 48 hrs before your appointment time there will be a charge of 25% of the original service booked.

If you cancel 24 hrs before or on the day of your appointment there will be a charge of 50% of the original service booked.

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service booked.

No future appointments will be made until these charges are paid in full.

I hope you can all understand this new policy and again I throughly appreciate your continued loyalty and support 💖

Booked a wee last minute holiday for some much needed sunshine, so will be off the week of the 15th April, returning to work wed 24th.

I won’t be replying to any message whilst I’m away and I have very limited appointments left before I go and the week or two after I come back.

As a lot of you already know my wee pup has had spinal surgery due to ruptured disks in his back at Christmas which made him paralysed. Surgery went as well as it could have but he has a long recovery ahead of him, so I’ve had to cut back on hours and clients to take care of him.

I currently have no one to watch him during the day so I will have him with me in the salon some days during the week, if this is a problem for anyone (allergy etc) please let me know when booking your appointment and I will allocate you an evening or weekend app.

Im struggling to keep up with clients and make space for everyone whilst working reduced hours/limiting clients so I urge all regular clients to make there appointments at least four weeks in advance as there’s limited appointments available. And I currently don’t have any space to take on any new clients at the moment.

He is improving every day but I don’t have a time frame for his recovery so please bear with me at this difficult time. 💖
