Mental Health & Su***de Peer Support Group – Now Running Weekly in Kilwinning
We’re proud to announce that thanks to funding from The National Lottery Awards for All, our Mental Health and Su***de Peer Support Group at Kilwinning Community Sports Club will now run for the next 2 years!
This welcoming, confidential group meets every Thursday from 10am to 1pm in the Claire Hodge Community Hub.
Whether you’re struggling, supporting someone who is, or simply looking for connection and understanding — you are not alone. Come along for a cuppa, a chat, and real peer support in a safe space.

Another great Thursday at Sliding Doors. Great conversation, supporting each other & catching up with connections made in the last week, within the local community.
Then we had some outdoor Wellbeing fun, a few games of French Boules & to top it off, the sun 🌞 was shining.
