🌕✨ The Buck Moon in Aquarius ✨🌕

Tonight, the Buck Moon rises like an ancient lantern, illuminating not only the night sky but the hidden corners of our soul.

Named for the stag who grows a new crown of antlers each summer, this sacred moon reminds us that true transformation is both wild and divine. We are not here to remain who we once were. We are here to shed, to evolve, and to remember.

As the Full Moon shines through Aquarius, she invites us to awaken to our truest essence. To release the masks we’ve worn, the stories we’ve outgrown, and the fears that have kept our light dimmed. Under her silver glow, we are called back to our intuition, our purpose, and the quiet wisdom that has always lived within. 🦌 🌕

Bit of a different post from me today.
On Wednesday I had surgery for a laparoscopy and removal of suspected endometriosis.
I was scared and nervous. This had been a long time in the waiting for me. As it is for so many ladies. I probably first had signs of endo when I was 14, and basically told to live with it. Passing out from pain and being curled up on the bathroom floor in agony is just not normal! Luckily for me when I went on the pill at 16 my symptoms massively subsided and I was able to live a pretty normal life. I have struggled with terrible fatigue, pelvic pain and ‘IBS’ symptoms, that are all factors of endometriosis, that I have lived with for my whole adult life.
About 4 years ago someone finally listened to me!! A receptionist at my gp surgery. Right she said we will get this dealt with. And the process started, and it was long!!!
Over 2 years ago I had an ultrasound scan, that showed nothing and I was told by one gynaecologist, that it was unlikely I had endometriosis and to not go through with surgery as I would be disappointed when they found nothing.
With this in mind, I’ve always been questioning should I put my body through surgery for no reason!!!
I had been on the waiting list for over 52 weeks and had one cancelled operation. Getting closer and closer to the wedding, I’m thinking should I go through with this now!!
Anyway the findings - I had very deep endometriosis in my pelvis and on my bowel. This wouldn’t have shown on an ultrasound scan. And a lot of the time endometriosis doesn’t show on scans.
The team at the QE hospital were fantastic. The ward staff, the anaesthetist team and my surgeon, I could not fault and I felt very looked after. So a massive thank you to them.
My message is keep pushing for that diagnosis, you know your body more than anyone else.
Be brave, be strong 💪

Your nervous system is the control center of your entire body 🧠✨
It affects how you think, move, feel, sleep, digest, recover, and respond to stress.

When your nervous system is balanced, your body feels calm, focused, energised, and resilient.

When it’s overwhelmed, you may notice anxiety, fatigue, tension, poor sleep, brain fog, or feeling constantly “on edge.”

The good news? You can support and regulate your nervous system daily.

Simple practices that help:
🌿 Slow, deep breathing
🌿 Mindful meditation
🌿 Gentle movement
🌿 Time in nature
🌿 Quality sleep
🌿 Reducing constant stimulation

Breathwork tells your body it is safe.
Meditation creates space between stress and your response.
Together, they help shift you from survival mode into balance and restoration.

A regulated nervous system doesn’t just improve how you feel mentally — it supports digestion, immunity, hormones, energy levels, and overall wellbeing.

When your nervous system is calm, your whole body works better.
Take a few minutes today to pause, breathe, and reset. Your body is always listening 🤍
