8 years ago and a fully functioning body! 🤣🤣.
The day we played on a football pitch as the rugby pitch was covered in 💩💩.
Training twice a day, supplemented by two games of rugby a week. Best shape I'd been in playing rugby.
Can I get back to that whilst no longer playing anymore? Challenge accepted.
