✨ GARETH’S STYLES — APPOINTMENT POLICY ✨

A little reminder of my appointment policy going forward 🤍

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes things are out of our control. However, as a self-employed stylist, late cancellations and missed appointments have a direct impact on my working day and my business.

To keep things fair for everyone, please take a moment to read my updated policy:

📅 50% CHARGE — WITHIN 48 HOURS
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged at 50% of the appointment cost.

🚨 100% CHARGE — ON THE DAY / NO-SHOW
Cancellations made on the day of your appointment, or failure to attend, will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost.

🎨 £30 DEPOSIT — COLOUR BOOKINGS
A £30 deposit is required to secure all colour appointments. Your £30 deposit will either be deducted from the cost of your appointment or carried over to your next appointment.

📲 FRESHA CONFIRMATION
ALL appointments must be confirmed through Fresha. Please make sure you complete your confirmation so your appointment is secured.

I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen ❤️ These policies aren’t intended to be difficult — they’re simply there to protect my time and my business and allow me to give every client the best service possible.
