** Terms and conditions for 2 day guarantee for eyelash extensions. I (Suzy) will guarantee my eyelash extensions for two days against faulty product or application, For example if an eyelash comes off within 2 days of application due to a fault with any of the products used or the application providing that you notify me within the 2 day time period and you are prepared to come into the salon for me to carry out a repair or replacement. This guarantee does NOT COVER faults due to negligence or bad aftercare. You will be given correct aftercare instructions and asked if you are happy with the results at the end of your treatment, If there is any aspect you are not happy with you must say so at the time and this will be rectified there and then, By agreeing that you are happy with the finished treatment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

***Terms and conditions for appointments made for a treatment or service that are unattended or cancelled without prior notice of at least 24 hours,

We may require upon booking your appointment a non refundable, late cancellation/unattended appointment fee of £25, payable via paypal, bank transfer or we can send you a payment link for you to pay on line by card, this will of course be deducted from the attended appointment, if you fail to attend or you cancel your appointment within 24 hours this will not be refunded and we reserve the right not to offer you any future appointments, please note your appointment will not be booked in and confirmed until this payment is received. Missed appointments cost a small business like ours greatly as we still have overheads to cover and we cant just fill the appointment at short notice, you may also be depriving someone else that we couldnt fit in from having that time slot, so please be courteous and cancel in good time if you cant make your appointment,
